Following on from the demand of our current clients, ISS Recruitment has launched the Career Plus Division.The division was set up to meet the requirements of our clients when they require higher skilled candidates for specific positions. We at Career Plus aim to help employers fill their various needs with the right people of the highest skills and experience. While at the same time aiming to assist the candidate find the right position for them by matching both to each other.
Client objective -
It is our objective to solve your staffing problems and to meet your criteria in every candidate, in as short a time is possible.
Candidate objective -
It is our objective to assist our candidate's source, evaluate and decide on the right positions for them.
Once we have agreed terms and conditions with you, we can have a highly skilled and motivated worker processed and commencing employment within a short time frame. For quality reasons we do not like to rush this process so that the right candidates are chosen and both parties are happy. However, in some cases due to our expanding database we do have candidates available at short notice for temping or for early placement.
As our business depends on the satisfaction of our clients, we along with our client take every step possible to ensure a trouble free procedure.
