PURPOSE OF THIS SERVICE

Following on from the demand of our current clients, ISS Recruitment has launched the Hotel & Catering Division. This division was set up to meet the massive requirements our clients face in the hospitality industry in Ireland. From our research we have found that our clients have ongoing needs to recruit temporary and seasonal teams of waiting staff for events and conferences, while also experiencing difficulties in sourcing Chefs of all levels, Bar Staff, Front Office Administrators & Night Managers. For this reason ISS has launched this division so we can prioritise the needs of these clients and assign specific consultants to service them, consultants who are qualified, skilled and experienced in the hotel & catering industry. Your point of contact for this service is Ms. Lupe de Beascoa. Lupe holds a degree in Hotel & Catering Management and as well as sourcing candidates who are already in Ireland she also sources from her home Country of Spain.

It is our objective to assist our candidate's source, evaluate and decide on the right positions for them.

Once we have agreed terms and conditions with you, we can have a highly skilled and motivated worker processed and commencing employment within a short time frame as possible. For quality reasons we do not like to rush this process so that the right candidates are chosen and both parties are happy. However, in some cases due to our expanding database we do have candidates available at short notice for temping or for early placement.
