International Staffing Solutions or better known as ISS Recruitment and HR Services is a recruitment and HR services company based in Naas, Co. Kildare.

We specialise in the sourcing, selecting and placement of temporary & permanent workers for a variety of labour markets throughout Leinster. We aim to provide a service which ensures quality candidates are available for quality positions for the reactive recruitment requirements of employers in the region.

Our company is managed by Claire Higgins ass.cipd and a small diversely experienced team with extensive experience within the recruitment, HR and Mediation industries.

We recruit for most industries, the main being in manufacturing, production, packing & warehousing, distribution & logistics, landscaping & maintenance, trades, food & pharmaceuticals, sales & marketing and office personnel.

We offer a 30 day credit term facility and our permanent placement rates starts from 8% - 10% no matter what level of candidate you require.

All of our candidates come with manual handling training which is provided by our trainers prior to placement. We can also provide our clients with site training options should you need to refresh or train your own personnel.

Our HR & Mediation Support Services aims to offer employers that peace of mind in the area of employment legislation. Our trained and qualified personnel can offer advice; documentation and site support where needed be it to carry out disciplinary processes, investigations, temporary layoff etc.

The Mediation Support services were designed to assist employers in conflict situations with the aim of avoiding lengthy and costly litigation.
