Friarylaw ADR is a prescribed body, appointed by the Minister for Justice and Equality under the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 and under the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011. It is the largest of all the accrediting bodies. Mediators accredited with Friary Law are licensed to practice in Ireland and the UK. Friary Mediators are also included on the Panel of chosen mediators representing Friary Law clients throughout Ireland and the UK.
