Personal Lines Executive
Job Description:
We are looking to recruit a Personal Lines Executive for our client to join their Personal Lines Team.
The Role will consist of providing advise on all general insurance products across the market from general home and car insurance to commercial insurance to professional indemnity insurance, customer service and administration.
Cross sales referrals for every product offered is expected.
The ideal candidate with be an energetic and motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Issuing motor, home and van insurance quotes on both an inbound and outbound basis
Dealing with customer queries
Cross selling Insurance Products • Meeting and exceeding weekly targets
Re-broking and issuing renewals for home, motor and commercial insurance policies Skills/Knowledge
Product knowledge
Excellent computer skills
RELAY system
Customer retention skills
Sales skills Experience required
Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry
Relay experience
Sales experience working on a proactive team
Be committed to provide a high level of service to current and potential clients
